Bikini Wellness

• 4 Quarterturns right
• Front & Back: one hand at the hip, one leg angled
• Side: one hand at the hip
• Face to the judges

• Posing Bikini: Color free of choice
• High Heels: Height and form free of choice
• Legs and glutes should be dominating
• Presentation should be positive
• Shoulders/upper body can be more massive than in Bikini Shape
• Presentation is also a dominating factor in scoring
• Extreme definition or vascularity are not part of this class

Ms. Figure

• Stage: Line up, comparisons, routine = optional
• Classes: Ms. Figure; Ms. Figure Masters (Over 40 years)

Miss Physique

• Stage: Line up, comparisons, routine = optional
• Classes: One class

Men’s Physique

• Competition wear: Beach shorts, knee length
• Stage: Line up
• Masters over 40 (if at least 5 athletes participate)
• One class up to 39 years
• If more than 20 athletes: two classes (up to and including 1.75 m, and over 1.75 m)

Men’s Classic Physique

• Competition wear: Unicolored posing shorts, sidewidth 10–12 cm
• Stage: Line up, comparisons (5 poses + 1 classic pose – no most muscular), routine = optional
• Masters: 40 years and older
• Classes: Class 2 (≤ 1.75 m) & Class 1 (> 1.75 m)

Masters

• Stage: Line up, comparisons, routine = optional
• Class 4: 70+ years (if at least 5 athletes participate)
• Class 3: 60+ years
• Class 2: 50–59 years
• Class 1: 40–49 years

Juniors

• Stage: Line up, comparisons, routine = optional
• Including the calendar year the athlete reaches age 23

Men Body

• Stage: Line up, comparisons, routine = optional
• Class 4: Up to and including 1.65 m
• Class 3: 1.66 m up to and including 1.72 m
• Class 2: 1.73 m up to and including 1.79 m
• Class 1: Over 1.79 m
