Women
Bikini Shape
› Stage: Line up only (4 quarter turns)
› Wear: Posing bikini (no G-string), color & heel height free of choice
› Focus: Feminine look, balanced proportions; shoulders, glutes & abs dominating
› Condition: No extreme definition, no veins, no striations
› Note: Extreme cuts in glutes or triceps → placing down
› Classes: Bikini Shape · Bikini Shape Masters 35+
Bikini Wellness
› Stage: Line up (stagewalk + 4 quarter turns)
› Wear: Posing bikini, color free; high heels (height & form free)
› Legs and glutes should be dominating
› Shoulders & upper body may be more developed than in Bikini Shape
› Presentation is a dominant scoring factor
› Condition: Extreme definition & vascularity NOT part of this class
› Classes: 1 Open Class
No weight limit
Ms. Figure
› Stage: Line up (front & back) + comparisons (5 poses) + optional routine (max. 60 s)
› Wear: Posing bikini (no G-string); color, shoes & heel height free
› Focus: Proportions, symmetrical development, femininity
› Note: Maximum muscle definition is NOT the main scoring criteria
› Classes: Ms. Figure · Ms. Figure Masters 40+
No costume allowed during routine.
Miss Physique
› Stage: Line up (front & back) + comparisons (7 poses) + optional routine (max. 60 s)
› Wear: Posing bikini (no G-string), color free; no shoes
› Focus: Symmetry & proportions, maximum muscle definition, balanced mass, presentation
› Classes: 1 Open Class
No costume allowed during routine.
Men
Men’s Physique
› Wear: Beach shorts (knee length, no sponsor logo)
› Stage: Line up only (4 quarter turns)
› Focus: Proportions (shoulder–waist), symmetry & definition, presentation
› Classes: 1 Open Class · Masters 40+ (min. 6 registered)
› If > 15 athletes: split into 2 height classes
Max weight = (height cm − 100) + 2 kg
Men’s Classic Physique
› Wear: Unicolored posing shorts, side width 10–12 cm (no sponsor logo)
› Stage: Line up (front & back) + comparisons (6 poses, no Most Muscular) + optional routine (max. 60 s)
› Focus: Symmetry & proportions, shoulder–waist relation, muscular definition
› Classes: Class II ≤ 175 cm · Class I > 175 cm · Masters 40+
≤ 170 cm: (h−100)+4 kg
≤ 179 cm: (h−100)+6 kg
≤ 189 cm: (h−100)+8 kg
> 190 cm: (h−100)+10 kg
≤ 179 cm: (h−100)+6 kg
≤ 189 cm: (h−100)+8 kg
> 190 cm: (h−100)+10 kg
Masters
› Stage: Line up (front & back) + comparisons (8 poses) + optional routine (max. 60 s)
› Class 1: Masters 40+
› Class 2: Masters 50+
› Class 3: Masters 60+
› Class 4: Masters 70+ (optional class)
› Masters begins the calendar year the athlete turns 40/50/60/70
Juniors
› Stage: Line up (front & back) + comparisons (8 poses) + optional routine (max. 60 s)
› Eligible up to and including the calendar year the athlete turns 23
› Junior class ends on the 23rd birthday
Bodybuilding Men
› Wear: Posing slip (no sponsor logo)
› Stage: Line up (front & back) + comparisons (8 poses) + optional routine (max. 60 s)
› Focus: Symmetry & proportions, maximum muscle mass, definition & presentation
› Class 4: Up to and including 165 cm
› Class 3: Up to and including 172 cm
› Class 2: Up to and including 179 cm
› Class 1: 180 cm and over
No weight limit
Mixed Pairs / Couples
› Definition: One male & one female athlete presenting together
› Round 1 (50 %): Comparison — line up front & back + 5 mandatory poses
› Round 2 (50 %): Choreographed free routine, max. 60 s
› Wear: Women: posing bikini · Men: posing trunks · No shoes · No costumes
› Focus: Team appearance, harmony & synchronisation, aesthetics, combined fitness level
› Classes: 1 Open Class
